Official Giveaway Rules

Free entry. No purchase, insurance quote, social media follow or marketing subscription is required or improves your chances. Two winners each receive one $150 H-E-B gift card; total prize value is $300. Moody Gardens tickets are separate.

Dates. Online entries open November 5, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. and close November 21 at 2 p.m. Central Time. Online entry is available outside office hours within that window. Entries outside the applicable period are ineligible.

Flagship: 8401 B Research Blvd., Austin, TX 78758; Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Highland: 6700 Middle Fiskville Rd., #303, Austin, TX 78752, near the former Highland Mall; Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., closed Saturday. Both offices close Sunday. Highland in-person entries end November 20 at 5:30 p.m.; phone and flagship entries end November 21 at 2 p.m. All times are Central. Voicemail messages do not count as entries.

Eligibility and entry limit. Open to residents age 18 or older in Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop or Caldwell County, Texas. D&M employees and people administering the giveaway, and their spouses, parents, children, siblings and household members, are ineligible. No customer relationship or insurance policy is required. One entry per person across online, phone and office entries; only the first valid entry counts. Supply your name, phone number, ZIP code and county, confirm eligibility, and agree to these rules. Incomplete, fraudulent and duplicate entries may be rejected. No extra chances for quotes, purchases, referrals or social media activity. Void where prohibited.

Drawing and notification. D&M combines all eligible entries and randomly draws two different potential winners November 23, 2026. Odds depend on eligible entries received. D&M calls each potential winner and leaves a message if voicemail is available. Respond within 48 hours of the first notification attempt by calling 512-454-2516 or leaving a voicemail there. If ineligible, declined or unanswered by the deadline, D&M may draw an alternate from remaining eligible entries, with the same 48-hour response window.

Pickup. One prize per person. Winners must verify identity, age and eligible county residency and collect their gift card at either office by arrangement during that office’s hours. No payment, purchase or insurance appointment is required. D&M will coordinate pickup before Thanksgiving, November 26, for timely verified winners; later alternates receive separate arrangements. Gift cards follow H-E-B’s terms. Applicable taxes and spending beyond the balance are the winner’s responsibility. Sponsor does not offer cash exchange.

Your information. D&M uses entry information to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners and deliver prizes. Entry is not permission for insurance marketing. Marketing permission and any use of a winner’s photo or testimonial are separate and optional.
